UK customers

Placing an order through the website is simple.  Once you have found the product you are looking for, you may add them to the basket using the ‘Add to Cart’ button as displayed on the product page and proceed to payment.  If you are purchasing multiple products, please visit the Bundles page

Overseas customers 

Overseas customers please note that all P&P prices quoted on the website are for the UK only. If you are interested in purchasing any of my products then please complete the overseas P&P enquiry form. Please do not use the checkouts, if you wish to order I will send you a separate invoice. 

The website uses a PayPal checkout and accepts payment using a PayPal account, Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, Maestro and American Express.  At this time, I do not have the facilities to accept payment over the phone.

Overseas customers

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment.  For orders of more than 8 sets of practice swords, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.  Should there be an unexpected delay in your order, I will email you as soon as possible.  My holidays or any disruptions will be stated on my home page

Practice swords and sword bags - The courier aims to deliver within 2 - 5 working days. For Scottish Islands (HS & ZE) and remote postcodes, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.  Tracking details will be updated via PayPal and you should also receive an email from the courier with the tracking details once sent, please check any junk/spam folders.  Emails will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account or the email address used during the checkout.

Results books, championship results books and sword pencils - Royal Mail 2nd Class, up to 3 working days delivery, not tracked.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you pay using a PayPal account, the postal address will be the one associated with your account. If you enter the wrong address, your package may be returned to us by the courier or Royal Mail in which case we will let you know straight away. You will then be charged for re-sending the item(s). Should you enter the wrong address and your order doesn't arrive either with yourself or with us, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact racheldances@hotmail.co.uk immediately.

If your delivery hasn't arrived 7 days after dispatch, please check your tracking number or e-mail racheldances@hotmail.co.uk quoting your name, order and delivery address and I will look into it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email racheldances@hotmail.co.uk with your invoice number and then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. 

Please note:

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

I appreciate that many dancers will receive their practice swords as a birthday or Christmas present which is why I send all of my orders in plain packaging.  If you would like your order sent to a different address, make sure you update the delivery address during the checkout
